The orders will be delivered through a partner delivery company/third party and delivery by courier partner will be subject to their terms and conditions/policies. The customer acknowledges that the delivery times provided are “estimated” and “not binding” on either party, while efforts to deliver orders within the specified time are of top priority. Estimated delivery times also depend on the destination where the customer wishes to ship the order and/or the shipping provider’s delivery criteria, and delays attributed to shipping partners.

The cut-off time for same-day dispatch of orders is 3:00 PM and 2:00 PM for Maharashtra and is applicable on working days. In case the order/acceptance on the draft is received after the cut-off time and/or on non-working days, the same will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Due to heavy rains/national bandh/festival season/traffic jams/or any other reason which may restrict the delivery of the order, delay can be expected which is beyond our control. Also, the courier partners do not call the shipping address before placing the order, so we request the customers provide an address at which the consignee or the concerned person is available to receive the order.

In case the delivery is not made due to any of the reasons given below, the customer shall not be entitled to claim for refund and/or in any other manner and the same shall not be processed by gazette.easysarkariyojana.com. If the order will be executed and delivered in the following events:

Delivery not made due to wrong address/pin-code provided by the customer, future delivery requested, recipient not available, premises closed/locked. Recipient refused to accept the order, Order delivered to company reception, security gate (if selected for official delivery), Recipient due to wrong contact number/not working/unreachable/no response Not able to connect to.

If the recipient is not available, the courier partner will retry the delivery and if the address is incorrect, the customer will update the address and the courier partner will retry the delivery at the revised address. The courier company will try to deliver the package thrice (as per their terms) before the order is returned to the original location.
